🚛 Shipping Policy Enhancements

1. Free Shipping Eligibility

• Orders over $500 qualify for free delivery within the covered areas.
• Orders under $500 will incur standard shipping fees based on size and distance.
• For Boston Local especially:
  * Orders over $200 for free delivery;
  * Arrive within 36 hours;
  * A $15 delivery fee per item applies to orders below the free delivery threshold.
• Free shipping on small items.

2. Extended Delivery Areas & Fees：

• For locations outside the standard Boston delivery areas, additional shipping fees may apply. Customers can contact customer service for a custom quote before checkout.

📦 Return & Refund Policy Enhancements

1. Non-Returnable Items

As a startup focusing on sustainability, we do not accept returns on the following:
Items marked “Final Sale”

• Assembled or used furniture
• Custom-made or personalized furniture
• Clearance or discounted items

2. Return for Store Credit Option

• If customers are unsure about their purchase but want flexibility, they can return items for store credit instead of a refund.
• Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.

3. Return when there’s no quality issue

Damage Reporting Requirement

• Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
• Any damage or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence to be eligible for a return or replacement.

Restocking Fee

• For non-defective returns, a 10-20% restocking fee may apply, especially for bulky furniture.

🔹 Exchange Policy

• Direct exchanges are not available. Instead, customers must return the original item and place a new order.
• If a replacement is due to quality defects or order errors, HIPOND will cover the return shipping.

🔸 Warranty

• Certain items come with a limited 3-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
• This does not cover damages due to improper use, self-assembly errors, or normal wear and tear.

🔺 Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund.
• If cancellation is requested after the order has been processed or shipped, the standard return policy applies.
