🚛 Shipping Policy Enhancements
1. Free Shipping Eligibility
- Free shipping on all orders
- Local pickup available in the Boston area
2. For “Boston Local” products, we offer next-day delivery:
- Arrive within 48 hours
- Delivery Area:
- We currently deliver to popular areas including Boston, Allston, Brighton, Cambridge, Malden, Watertown, Quincy, Chelsea, and Revere. (A detailed ZIP code list is provided below.)
- For addresses outside the standard delivery area, an additional delivery fee will apply. The exact amount will be confirmed by our team after the order is submitted, and the fee is to be paid directly to the driver upon delivery. [Click here to view the interactive delivery map]

- Free delivery on orders over $300.
📦 Return & Refund Policy Enhancements
1. Non-Returnable Items
- As a startup focusing on sustainability, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Assembled or used furniture
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Clearance or discounted items
2. Return for Store Credit Option
- If customers are unsure about their purchase but want flexibility, they can return items for store credit instead of a refund.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
3. Return when there’s no quality issue

Damage Reporting Requirement
- Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
- Any damage or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence to be eligible for a return or replacement.

Restocking Fee
- For non-defective returns, a 10-20% restocking fee may apply, especially for bulky furniture.
🔹 Exchange Policy
- Direct exchanges are not available. Instead, customers must return the original item and place a new order.
- If a replacement is due to quality defects or order errors, HIPOND will cover the return shipping.
🔸 Warranty
- Certain items come with a limited 3-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- This does not cover damages due to improper use, self-assembly errors, or normal wear and tear.
🔺 Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund.
- If cancellation is requested after the order has been processed or shipped, the standard return policy applies.
